Ingredients

 3 cups white bread cubes, crusts removed
 Sharp cheddar cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz), sliced
 1 cup ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 Eggs4 standard
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dash hot sauce

Directions

In 2 quart oblong baking dish, place cubed bread.
Sprinkle cheese, green onion and mushrooms over bread.
Top with ham cubes.
In small mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour egg mixture over bread, cheese and ham.
Shield corners of dish with foil.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove foil.
Microwave at medium (5) 7 to 9 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal acces sory rack.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Cook on Combination Code 3, 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
