Ham And Cracker Round Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 medium-size onion, peeled | ||
| 15 unsalted soda crackers | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon leaf marjoram, crumbled | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pancake syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1. Put ham, onion and crackers through food chopper, using coarse blade. Mix with egg, water, marjoram and pepper in medium-size bowl.
2. Shape mixture into a round loaf in greased shallow baking pan; score top in crisscross pattern with knife.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes; baste with mixture of pancake syrup and prepared mustard. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until richly browned.
