Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
 
1 8 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
 
1/2 cup salsa
 
4 tostada shells or flour tortillas
 
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
 
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
 
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
 
2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Directions

In a medium skillet combine ham, corn, and salsa.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place each tostada shell on a serving plate.
Top each with shredded lettuce, ham mixture, and cheese.
Garnish with yogurt and green onions.
