Ham And Chicken Summer Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups 1-inch cooked-ham cubes | ||
| 4 cups cooked-chicken chunks | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimento | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup bottled oil-and-vinegar dressing | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Romaine leaves | 4 | |
| Cooked asparagus spears | ||
Directions
1. Toss ham cubes with chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento, mayonnaise, oil-and-vinegar dressing, and lemon juice. Refrigerate, tossing two or three times, until well chilled.
2. Line large glass salad bowl with romaine leaves and asparagus spears. Fill with ham-chicken mixture.
