Ingredients

 2 cups 1-inch cooked-ham cubes
 4 cups cooked-chicken chunks
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Pimento1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup bottled oil-and-vinegar dressing
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Romaine leaves4
 Cooked asparagus spears

Directions

1. Toss ham cubes with chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento, mayonnaise, oil-and-vinegar dressing, and lemon juice. Refrigerate, tossing two or three times, until well chilled.
2. Line large glass salad bowl with romaine leaves and asparagus spears. Fill with ham-chicken mixture.
