Ham And Cheese Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients
| Frozen peas package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), salted | |
| Cooked rice | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill pickle | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lettuce | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
| Tomato slices | ||
Directions
Add peas to the boiling water; cover and cook until water boils again.
Stir in rice.
Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.
With a fork, mix in mayonnaise, dill pickle, and grated onion.
Chill thoroughly.
At serving time, arrange in 4 to 6 individual casseroles edged with crisp lettuce, or pile into a lettuce-lined bowl.
Top salads with slivers of Swiss cheese and ham.
Garnish with tomato slices.
Offer additional mayonnaise.
