Ingredients

400 grams of flower

6 eggs

Pinch of Salt and Sugar

150 grams of butter

600 ml milk

Parsley and chives

300 grams of grated cheese

Thinly sliced ham

Directions

Melt butter in microwave or pan. Becarefull that you don't burn the butterand there must be no dots of butter left.
Put the flower in a mixing bowl, together with the salt, sugar eggs,
melted butter and the milk.
Start stirring when you add the milk, otherwise you get lumps.
There will get out, but it takes some elbow grease and some time :)
Let the batter rest for an hour ( this is optional ).
Chop up the parsley and chives and mix them into the batter. ( The consistency of the batter is like a smoothie )
Bake the pancakes in a pan in some margerine or butter.
Each side takes aprox. between 2-3 minutes. They should be a bit puffy and crisp.
Then take out the sliced ham and place it on the pancake. On top of that grated cheese and some pepper. Roll or fold the pancakes and lay them in a oventray. The "seem" should face down. Sprinkle some left over cheese on top of the pancakes.
In a pre-heated oven ( 150 degrees celcius) you place the tray untill the cheese is melted.
Take them out and serve them with Tomatosalad or some letuce.

Editors Review

Do you wish to make restaurant style pancake at your own kitchen? Then, this straightforward ham and cheese pancake recipe will add an excellent twist for any meal time. Only it has the addition of Ham and Cheese which gives the pancakes a richer, nutty flavour. A refreshing change from sweet pancakes, especially if you’re not a fan of sweet breakfast/brunch dishes.
