Ham And Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) milk
10 soda crackers
1/2 pound (227 g) cooked ham, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
1/2 pound (227 g) Swiss cheese, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
5 eggs
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Warm milk in saucepan.
Put crackers into milk; set aside.
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind ham and cheese into small mixer bowl.
Assemble Mixer.
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs at HIGH until light and thick (about 5 minutes).
Add cracker mixture, ham-cheese mixture, and Worcestershire; fold with rubber spatula until evenly mixed.
Pour into a greased 2-quart (2 liter) casserole.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 275°F (140°C) and bake an additional 30 minutes.
