Ham And Cheese Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 6 Ounce | |
| Onion | 1 Ounce | |
| 2 teaspoons prepared brown mustard | ||
| Dash hot sauce | ||
| 4 slices enriched white bread, toasted | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
Put ham and onion through the grinder or food processor.
Stir in mustard and hot sauce.
Divide evenly into 4 portions and spread 1 portion on each slice of toast.
Top each with 1 ounce cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Place on baking sheet; bake at 425°F.
for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut in quarters and serve.
