 Cauliflower1 Bag (1kg), frozen
 Cream and mushroom soup2 Can (10oz)
 Milk or water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 pound fully-cooked ham, cubed
 1/3 cup shredded Colby cheese (optional)

Directions

• Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain.
• Combine cauliflower, soup, milk and ham in saucepan; mix well.
• Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top individual servings with cheese.
