Ham and Cauliflower Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 1 Bag (1kg), frozen | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk or water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 pound fully-cooked ham, cubed | ||
| 1/3 cup shredded Colby cheese (optional) | ||
Directions
• Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain.
• Combine cauliflower, soup, milk and ham in saucepan; mix well.
• Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top individual servings with cheese.
