Ham And Broccoli Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 10 1/2-ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup | ||
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 cups chopped fully cooked ham | ||
| 2 cups Minute Rice | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In 2 1/2-quart casserole micro-cook the frozen broccoli, onion, and water, covered, till vegetables are tender, about 11 minutes.
Stir twice to break up broccoli.
Blend in soup, cheese, and milk.
Stir in ham, uncooked rice, and Worcestershire.
Micro-cook, covered, 10 to 11 minutes, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
