Ham And Bananas Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Sherry or apple juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
1 center-cut ham slice, about 1 inch thick (1 1/2 to 2 lbs.)
2 firm, ripe bananas
Rice
Raisins
Dash of nutmeg
Directions
You'll need about 12 Hungarian Pancakes.
For the filling, combine ham, 1 cup sour cream, green onions, salt, mustard, and a dash of pepper.
Place one of the pancakes on a buttered baking dish or heatproof plate; spread with a thin layer of the ham filling.
Repeat, using all the filling and pancakes, ending with a pancake on top.
Dot the top with about 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
