Ham And Banana Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| 18 crepes | ||
| Cooked ham | 2 Pound, cubed | |
| 6 bananas, peeled and diced | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Make the crepes using the Basic Crepe Batter recipe.
Set aside.
Saute the ham and bananas in the butter until heated through.
Stir in the mustard, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each crepe with the ham and banana mixture.
Fold over and place in a buttered shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for ten minutes.
