Ingredients

 2 slices ham, 1/2 inch thick
 3 tart apples
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple Juice1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Trim fat from ham and arrange one slice in a buttered flat casserole.
Peel apples, core, and chop finely.
Mix with raisins and brown sugar.
Spoon on ham in casserole.
Top with second ham slice.
Pour apple juice around ham.
Bake in a 400° F.oven about 30 minutes, basting several times.
