Halibut With Avocado Lemon Cream Recipe

Ingredients
1 Haas avocado
1 T lemon juice
1/2 c nonfat cream: cheese
4 6 oz. halibut steaks
1 T black pepper;, coarsely ground
1 T salt
1 T lemon juice nonfat cookifig spray
Directions
In a small bowl, peel and mash the avocado until smooth.
Stir in the lemon juice and cream cheese and blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate.
Coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place thehalibut in the grill and sprinkle with the pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
To serve, top each fillet with one-fourth of the avocado cream.
