Directions
Place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 1 minute at HIGH.
Add the onion, garlic, green pepper and stir together.
Microwave 2 minutes at HIGH.
Stir and add the remaining ingredients except the fish.
Stir well, microwave 5 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Cut the fillets into individual portions and place them in the hot mixture.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes at HIGH.
Let stand 3 minutes, then serve with hot French bread.
