 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz), drained
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 2 lb. halibut steak
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/4 Teaspoon
 Lima beans package1 , frozen
 1 1/2 lb. halibut steak, 1 in. thick
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat skillet.
Melt butter; add garlic, onions and mushrooms.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add flour; blend well.
Combine tomatoes, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and thyme; add to flour mixture, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil; add beans.
Cook for 5 minutes or until beans are separated.
Add hali- but; cover with sauce.
Simmer, covered, for 30 min- utes or until halibut is flaky.
Yield: 4-5 servings.
