Butter- 2 tablespoons
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Green pepper- 1 tablespoon minced
Onion- 1 tablespoon minced
Tomatoes- 2 cups, cooked
Salt and pepper- to taste
Halibut steaks- 2 pounds
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
MAKING
2.In a pan, melt the butter and blend in the flour
3.Also add minced green pepper and onion, cook for 3 minutes
4.Then add tomatoes and cook until thickened, keep stirring constantly
5.Now simmer for 10 minutes
6.On a strainer, rub the mixture
7.Season with salt and pepper
8.Place the halibut steaks and season with salt and pepper
9.In a greased baking dish, arrange the steaks

11.Finally bake in hot oven for 30 minutes
