Halibut Creole Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. halibut slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato slices
Chopped green pepper
Chopped onion
1/3 c. melted butter
Directions
Place halibut slices in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place 1 tomato slice on each halibut slice; top with 1/2 teaspoon green pepper and 1 /2 teaspoon onion.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes; baste with butter.
