Recipe Story

Making a grilled Halibut I have use wine in it.Halibut tastes wonderful with alcohol.Since Halibut is mild in taste you can add just abut any ingredient to make it saucy.

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup olive oil
 
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
 
1/2 teaspoon red chilly flakes
 
3 tablespoons butter
 
1 lemon juice
 
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
 
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
 
1 cup dry white wine

Directions

Heat butter & oil together in a sauce pan.Add garlic,parsley,chilly flakes,basil.Add lemon juice to this mixture,also ass wine to it.Make sure that you keep this mixture warm.Soak Halibut into this mixture for a couple of seconds before you start grilling it.Make sure that your grill is hot when you put halibut on it.Keep brushing each side with the mixture as you cook it.Don't burn it.
Serve hot.

Great Picture. Halibut is a pacific fish commonly found on the western coast of the US, Canada, Japan, and Russia. After salmon, halibut is my favorite seafood. Need to try this one.
