Halibut With Hazelnut Crust Recipe
|Ground hazelnuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (Gold-N-Soft)|
|Dried savory||2 Tablespoon|
|Halibut fillets/Other lean white fish fillets||4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , cut into wedges|

2. Combine hazelnuts, bread crumbs, margarine and savory in a bowl; mix until well blended. Roll and press halibut into hazelnut mixture.
3. Place fillets on a greased broiling pan and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until just cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, pour cream into a nonreactive saucepan and cook over medium-high heat to reduce volume by half. Add Parmesan to cream; mix well.
5. Place fish on a serving platter and top with sauce.
