Halibut With Dill And Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
2/3 pound halibut fillets
2 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
2 red onion slices
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Place the halibut in one layer in the bottom of a shallow 8 X 8-inch ovenproof casserole coated with no-stick spray.
Arrange the tomatotes over the halibut.
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the dill.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the ingredients.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked throughout and flakes easily with a fork.
