2 cups (1 pint) commercial sour cream
5 tablespoons chopped green onion
5 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) chopped dill pickle
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Arrange the halibut fillets in an 8 by 12-inch baking pan.
