Halibut Stew With Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
1 lb (450 g) halibut, cut in pieces
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely sliced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 Cups (500 ml) cream of celery soup
4 vol-au-vent pastry shells
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter, and saute halibut with cucumbers and onion, season with salt and pepper. Add cream of celery soup and cook over medium heat until halibut is well done.
– Heat vol-au-vent pastry shells in oven. Spoon halibut mixture into shells, garnish and serve.
