Halibut Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 12-ounce package frozen halibut steaks | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry white wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped tomato | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Carrot | 1 Medium, shredded | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon wedges | 2 | |
Directions
Thaw halibut steaks.
Place fish in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with the lemon juice, white wine, and salt.
Combine tomato, carrot, green onion, and parsley; sprinkle over fish.
Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
With slotted spatula lift fish and vegetables to serving platter.
Accompany individual servings with a lemon wedge.
