Ingredients

 Tomato juice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato1 Medium, diced
 8 ounces cooked peas, mashed
 Evaporated milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed
 Cooked12 Ounce, flaked
 1 cup cooked enriched rice

Directions

In saucepan cook tomato juice till reduced by half.
Stir in tomato, peas, skimmed milk and fish; heat over very low heat.
Put 1/2 cup rice into each of two soup bowls, and top with hot fish mixture, evenly divided
