Halibut Mongole Recipe

Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, diced | |
| 8 ounces cooked peas, mashed | ||
| Evaporated milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed | |
| Cooked | 12 Ounce, flaked | |
| 1 cup cooked enriched rice | ||
Directions
In saucepan cook tomato juice till reduced by half.
Stir in tomato, peas, skimmed milk and fish; heat over very low heat.
Put 1/2 cup rice into each of two soup bowls, and top with hot fish mixture, evenly divided
