| Halibut | 2 Ounce | |
| Chives | 1 , chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Light coals in the grill about 30 minutes before cooking.
2) Clean halibut and dry it. Cut it into two fillets.
MAKING
3) Clean the tomatoes, peppers and chilies. Apply oil on them and grill them on coal until they care blackened.
4) Scrape off the skins off the vegetables and blend them in a food processor.
5) In a small bowl, crush1 clove of garlic and add heavy cream into it.
6) Make garlic paste of the 2 remaining cloves of garlic. Put this in the serving plates.
7) Brush the halibut fillets with oil and grill until done.
SERVING
8) Plate the fish. Remove garlic from the sauce and pour it over the fish.
9) Sprinkle chives and serve.
