4 halibut steaks (16 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon snipped parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Add wine.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
In 1-quart bowl, cook onion and celery in butter, covered, at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
Stir in parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and basil.
Spoon over fish.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 1 minute or till fish flakes easily with a fork and tomatoes are heated through.
