Ingredients

 Mandarin orange1 101/2 Ounce
 Pineapple tidbits1 8 Ounce
 12 ounces chilled cooked halibut, cusk, shark, sole, or tuna
 1/43 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
 1/4, cup plain yogurt
 Curry powder3 1/2 Teaspoon
 1 medium apple, cored and chopped Lettuce leaves
 1/4 cup coconut, toaste

Directions

Chill the cans of orange sections and pineapple tidbits in the refrigerator till needed, then drain before using.
Break or cut fish into large chunks.
For salad, in a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, and curry powder.
Add orange sections, pineapple, and apple.
Toss lightly to coat.
Add fish, then toss lightly again.
