Halibut Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mandarin orange | 1 101/2 Ounce | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 8 Ounce | |
| 12 ounces chilled cooked halibut, cusk, shark, sole, or tuna | ||
| 1/43 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| 1/4, cup plain yogurt | ||
| Curry powder | 3 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 medium apple, cored and chopped Lettuce leaves | ||
| 1/4 cup coconut, toaste | ||
Directions
Chill the cans of orange sections and pineapple tidbits in the refrigerator till needed, then drain before using.
Break or cut fish into large chunks.
For salad, in a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt, and curry powder.
Add orange sections, pineapple, and apple.
Toss lightly to coat.
Add fish, then toss lightly again.
