Haka Fried Prawns Recipe

| Corn flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Plain flour | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Egg white | 1 , beaten | |
| Baking powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic black bean sauce/Prickly sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Leave aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix flour with water (coating consistency), 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic, egg white and baking powder.
Add the prawns to the flour mixture and coat them well.
Heat the oil and deep fry the prawns till golden brown.
Serve the prawn on a bed of lettuce with prickly sauce or garlic black bean sauce.
