Directions

Wash 3 cups of rice in water. Drain and put rice back into the cooker. Add 3 cups of chicken stock, 3 cloves of garlic, 5 slices of ginger and small stem of shallots.
To boiling water, add 3 chicken drumsticks, 2 thigh fillets. Simmer on low heat for 1/2 hours.
Add 3 sliced ginger, 2 garlic, 1 stem of sliced shallots and 1 tsp salt to pestle and mortar and pound until pasty.
Remove the cooked meat from the chicken stock and rub thigh fillets with 2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp salt and a 2 drops of sesame oil.
Serve with cooked rice sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, sliced chicken thigh fillets, and drizzle with garlic, ginger paste.
