Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan.
Then fry the fillets gently in the hot fat, 4-5 minutes on each side.
Transfer the cooked fillets to a heated serving dish and keep hot in a low oven.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the butter remaining in the pan, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and saute gently for about 3 minutes.
Add the prawns or shrimps to the pan and continue to saute for about 3 minutes more, until heated through.
Stir in the cream and simmer very gently until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
Taste and add more seasoning or lemon juice if necessary.
Spoon the sauce over the haddock fillets.
Garnish each fillet with a slice of lemon, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
