Haddock With Pineapple Recipe
Haddock is a tasty fish. One of my all time favorites. This haddock with pineapple is one that I absolutely love. Tasty and healthy this fish dish is a real treat for the senses. I just love every bite of this delicately flavored fish treat
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 2 c. flaked cooked haddock | ||
| Cream | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Arrange pineapple in buttered casserole.
Combine fish, cream, salt and pepper; mix well.
Spread over pineapple.
Combine potatoes, egg, milk and paprika; beat until fluffy.
Spread over fish.
Bake at 375 de- grees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
