Haddock Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Haddock fillets | 7 1/2 Pound | |
| Carrots | 2 Small | |
| Stalk celery | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 sweet pickles, chopped | ||
| Pickle juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Steam haddock; flake.
Chop carrots, celery, onion and green pepper finely; combine with haddock.
Blend mayonnaise, catsup, pickles, juice, salt and pepper thoroughly.
Pour over haddock mixture; toss lightly.
Chill for several hours before serving.
