7 lb. haddock
 
1 egg, beaten
 
2/3 c. milk
 
3/4 c. flour
 
1/2 tsp. baking powder
 
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions

Cut haddock into bite-sized pieces.
Combine egg with milk; stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Dip haddock into batter.
Fry in 350-degree deep fat until golden brown.
