4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
 
1 pound haddock fillets, cooked and flaked
 
1 egg, beaten
 
2 tablespoons minced onion
 
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
 
1/4 cup flour
 
Fat for deep frying

Directions

Mix together potatoes, fish, egg, onion, and seafood seasoning.
Form into flat cakes; batter each one in flour.
Heat fat in skillet; drop cakes into fat.
When fish cakes are browned on both sides, drain on paper towels.
