Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pound haddock fillets, cooked and flaked
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1/4 cup flour
Fat for deep frying

Form into flat cakes, batter each one in flour.
Heat fat in skillet, drop cakes into fat.
