| 4 medium-size tomatoes, cut into wedges | ||

Directions
MAKING
1) Brush the haddock with butter and wrap it in a waxed paper.
2) In a 10-inch glass baking dish place the haddock and cook on highest setting for 6 minutes.
3) Rotate the dish after 3 minutes.
4) In a glass casserole, place all the ingredients, cover and cook on the highest setting for 8 minutes.
5) In a blender make a puree of the sauce and sieve it to discard tomato skinds and seeds.
6) Reheat the sauce, uncovered for 3 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve fish with the sauce.
