Ingredients

 Butter25 Gram
 Vegetable oil - 2 x 15 ml spoons/2 tablespoons
 Medium onion - 1 , peeled and sliced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Paprika pepper - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon
 Haddock fillets1 Kilogram
 Large tomatoes - 3 , peeled, seeded and chopped
 Tomato juice150 Milliliter
 Salt1 To taste
 Ground black pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, heat oil and butter and saute onion and garlic in it until soft.
2.Stir in haddock and paprika and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes, tomato juice, salt and pepper and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
4.Serve immediately or freeze for later use.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
If frozen, thaw and serve.
