Haddock with Paprika Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 25 Gram | |
| Vegetable oil - 2 x 15 ml spoons/2 tablespoons | ||
| Medium onion - 1 , peeled and sliced | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Paprika pepper - 1 x 5 ml spoon/1 teaspoon | ||
| Haddock fillets | 1 Kilogram | |
| Large tomatoes - 3 , peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
| Tomato juice | 150 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, heat oil and butter and saute onion and garlic in it until soft.
2.Stir in haddock and paprika and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes, tomato juice, salt and pepper and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes after covering.
4.Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
SERVING
5.Serve warm.
If frozen, thaw and serve.
