Haddock With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Haddock fillets | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup shortening paprika | ||
Directions
On a sheet of wax paper, mix cheese, salt and pepper.
Dredge haddock fillets with flour, then cheese.
In a skillet, over moderate heat, melt shortening.
Lightly brown fish 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Sprinkle with paprika.
