Habanero Pepper Sauce Recipe

You can use this Habanero Pepper Sauce to season salsa, soups, stews or sandwiches. This Habanero Pepper Sauce is quick, easy, spicy and makes an excellent sauce. Do make this!

Ingredients

 
1 cup (240 ml) finely minced onion
 
2 tbs (30 ml) Fresh Cilantro, chopped
 
1 Fresh Habafiero Chile, seeded and very finely chopped
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
3 tbs (45 ml) olive oil
 
2 tbs (30 ml) orange juice
 
1 tbs (15 ml) lemon or lime juice dash salt

Directions

Measure all ingredients into a food processor bowl or blender container.
Cover and process 10 seconds or until it reaches a relish like consistency.
Let stand at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Store in refrigerator in a tightly covered container for up to 1 month.
Use to season salsa, soups, stews or sandwiches.

That's weak one hab really. I use like 1 lbs. of habs add a little vinegar it saves for months and just gets better with age.
