 Beef round steak1 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Large, sliced to make 1 cup

 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Sesame seed2 Teaspoon
 Sliced celery1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 Inch Slices)
 Sliced carrots1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 Inch Slices)
 Potatoes3 Medium, peeled and quartered
 Pimiento stuffed green olives1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), halved
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon

Pound round steak to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into 6 pieces.
In skillet brown the steak in hot oil. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Remove meat.
In same skillet cook onion and garlic till tender.
Stir in seasonings and 1 teaspoon sesame seed.
Return meat to skillet.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover; reduce heat (220°).
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water.
Cover; simmer till vegetables are done, 30 minutes.
Add olives; heat.
Combine cornstarch and 1 teaspoon cold water; add to skillet.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Top with sesame.
