Editors Review

Gye Ran Jjim or Korean steamed egg is so smooth and soft, that you barely need to chew. It is perfect for kids and the elderly and is since it uses eggs, it is extremely healthy. James teaches the traditional style of steaming the custard and also shows how to make an egg drop soup using the same ingredients. It’s the perfect comforting meal for a cold and wintry day!
