Sage Roasted Chicken Recipe Video
This is a very nice and easy to make recipe, just put all the things together and in the morning you have a fresh dish to eat.

Ingredients
1 Oaks organic chicken
1/2 bunch fresh celery
2 lemons
3 medium carrots
salt
4 tbls sage
Directions
Cut chicken into 8ths
Slice celery into 5 cm chunks & layer on bottom of large glass pyrex dish slice 1 lemon finely and layer on top of celery
Layer chicken pieces on top of celery and lemon (if your chicken is quite large, split
celery, lemon and chicken piece in half and layer in a separate glass pyrex dish)
sprinkle with sage slice carrots into chunks and squeeze around the sides of the chicken pieces Rub generous amount of salt into chicken pieces and carrots, and sprinkle with rest of sage.
Back at 100 degrees for 3-4 hours until chicken pieces are light golden brown
