Mashed Cauliflower with Grilled Pork Strips Recipe Video
We are making a potato free potato mash using cauliflower. Serve with cracklin ribs.

Ingredients
13 free range pork spare ribs
2 spanish onions
celtic salt
1 organic cauliflower
caraway seeds
fresh dill.
Directions
Cut and seperate th flower from the stem.
Steam the cauliflower.
Put the steamed cauliflower inside a blender. Add some salt and caraway seeds powder.
Pour the fat out of cracklin strips and grill the strips to make them crunchy.
Pour some of the juices and fats out of pork ribs. Place the bowl of ribs in the grill as well.
Add fresh dill to the cauliflower and blend.
Serve with lettuce leaves, lemon wedges, cracklin ribs and cauliflower mash.
