Directions

Soak Gundruk/Sinki in water for 10 min.
Fry chopped onions with tomatoes and chillies till the onions get golden brown.
Add the drained and soaked Gundruk/Sinki to the fried onions, add turmeric powder and salt.
Cook the mixture with 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
