Guiso De Puerco Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless pork | 2 Pound, cubed | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Bacon Slices | 2 , diced | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 4 , chopped | |
| Potatoes | 3 , diced | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tequila | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cumin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Coat the pork with flour.
Heat oil in large skillet and saute the pork until brown.
Remove and set aside.
Add the onion and bacon to the skillet and cook until bacon is crisp.
Stir in the pork and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 45 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
Heat oil in large skillet and saute the pork until brown.
Remove and set aside.
Add the onion and bacon to the skillet and cook until bacon is crisp.
Stir in the pork and remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 45 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream.
