Editors Review

Bangers and Mash in a dish mostly found in pubs in European countries and has a reputation of traditional British dish meant for the working class. Chef is going to show us the recipe that easy to cook even at home and in large quantities for feeding even a crowd of guests. The dish is totally satisfying and something to put your hands on after a long day at work. Experiment with exotic sausages if you like to.

Easy to make, far from authentic however. using an irish beer in a blend of food that is traditional to the british was and is a bit confusing, but as he said, it's cooking MY way and I agree, afterall, beer does bring out the flavor.
