Guinness Irish Stew Recipe Video

| Johnsonville sausage | 1 Pound (casing removed) | |
| White sliced potatoes | 1 Can (10 oz), strained | |
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Barley cereal | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| California sun-dried tomato spread | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Gourmet garden garlic paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Gourmet garden parsley paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Guinness | 1 Bottle (1 l) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (to taste) | |

Directions
1. Place a stock pot over medium high heat for about a minute. Pour in olive oil, add onion and carrots. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
2. Add sausage, stir and break them into small pieces.
3. Throw potato slices in pot. Then, pour beef stock in it.
4. Add barley, sun-dried tomato spread, garlic, and parsley to it.
5. Pour Guinness, stir it well, cover it with lid and allow it to simmer for about 12 minutes.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
SERVING
7. Serve stew hot with parsley garnish.
