Guava Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk or light cream - 6 cups | ||
| Honey | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Guavas | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl add water and sften gelatin in it.
2 In a pan, scald the milk.
3 Stir in gelatin and honey.
4 Pour in freezer trays.
5 Transfer into a bowl, when the liquid begins to freeze.
6 Blend in mashed guavas and ginger.
7 Return to freezer tray and freeze until solid.
SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
