Guava Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Guavas | 4 Medium | |
| 1 cup curd made from fat-free milk, whisked | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp powdered sugar-free sweetener | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 green chilli, seeded and chopped | ||
Directions
Scrape guavas, remove and discard seeds and cut flesh into 1" cubes.
Pour curd into a glass bowl and mix in salt and sweetener.
Heat oil in a small pan over moderate heat and add mustard seeds.
When they start spluttering add green chilli and pour contents of pan over salad.
Mix gently and chill.
